Service Encryption Key Disabled

This bot identifies encryption keys that are disabled. If an encryption key is disabled, then users may not have access to the data encrypted by that key.

Recommended Action

Send notification when an encryption key is disabled to alert to the need to update encryption keys or re-enable the disabled key.
