Database Instances Recently Snapshot

This bot inspects database instances for the presence of a snapshot within the past 14 days. Manual snapshots are preferred over automated snapshots as they persist after the database instance has been deleted/destroyed. Automated snapshots do not persist and are wiped away after the instance is retired.

Recommended Action

Create periodic manual snapshots using the “Create Database Snapshot” action within BotFactory. You can schedule these to run on a daily or weekly cadence to ensure your data is protected and will persist.
