This bot identifies database and memcache instance snapshots to detemine
whether they are manual or automatic. This distinction is important
because, by default, only manual snapshots are retained when an instance is
deleted.

Recommended Action

Customize this bot with a resource age filter to confirm that there are
sufficiently recent manual snapshots for database and memcache instances.
If not, add an action to provide notification or take automated action to
create a manual snapshot.
