Service Encryption Key Expired or Expiring Soon

This bot identifies encryption keys that are expired or are expiring within a
user-defined number of days (default is 14 days). If an encryption key
expires, then users may not have access to the data encrypted by
that key.

Recommended Action
------------------

Send notification if an encryption key has or is set to expire.
Consider using a key management service to automatically rotate keys to avoid
the risk of having users unable to access data due to expired keys.
