Instances Averaging Low CPU
===========================

This bot identifies compute instances that have been averaging a low CPU over
a defined period of time measured in hours. By default, the bot tracks instances
that have been averaging CPU within a given range (between 0% and 4% CPU) and
over 336 hours (14 days), but criteria
can be adjusted. This bot supports Amazon Web Services (AWS) only through the
use of its CloudWatch metrics.

Recommended Action
------------------

Notify the instance owner of the low CPU usage. Consider using the resize
capability in TRiA to decrease the number of cores available to process
the workload.
