Instance Cores Exceeded
=======================

This bot identifies instances whose number of cores exceed a user-defined
value (default value is 4 cores). This bot can be useful when there is a
concern that someone may launch an overly capable, i.e., expensive, instance.

Recommended Action
------------------

Contact the instance owner to determine the core requirement is justified and,
if not, use the resize capability in    to decrease the number of cores
in the instance.
